Individual rooms can be rented for a minimum of 2 nights.

The prices listed include VAT.

For shorter stays (less than 5 nights), a one-time fee of CZK 100/person will be added to the price. This does not apply when booking the entire cottage.

Parking on the cottage grounds is FREE.

Wi-Fi is FREE.

We charge a recreation fee in accordance with the current decree of the town of Železná Ruda on local fees.

Four-legged friends must be walked outside the cottage grounds.

For your cooking, you can take use of the kitchen or the common kitchen, in case you don't have your own in the room. You buy the supplies in the near shop "Konzum". If you're lazy to cook, you can stop by at the restaurant. The closest one is across the road (30 m), others are in the town. A full board and a half board can be ordered in the hotel Na Stráži (breakfast 60,- CZK, lunch 80,- CZK, dinner 80,- CZK).

• If you cancel the reservation in 30 days (including) prior to the beginning of the stay, a cancel fee is 50% from the total cost of the stay.
  If you cancel the reservation from 15 to 30 days (including) prior to the beginning of the stay, a cancel fee is 80% from the total cost of the stay.
  If you cancel the reservation from 14 days until the day of the beginning of the stay, a cancel fee is 100% from the total cost of the stay.
• If the reservation is cancelled because of the illness or any other serious reaon which causes you're not able to begin the stay, the customer has right to choose other date (the same or longer period of the stay).
  This order has to be made within 6 months from the original date.
• There is no fee if the stay is cancelled by the owner.
• The abolishment of the reservation has to be in writing.
• In case of early abortion without an owner's fault, the owner doesn't have to pay back the cost of the stay.
  The owner can consider serious reasons of the abortion and act differently than stated here.
• The customer is obliged to begin the stay from 15pm (in case any other way is not arranged) and leave until 10am (in case any other way is not arranged).
• The owner can reject a large number of persons if they are not booked in advance.
• If the defects occur, the owner has to be informed right away and will try to fix these problems. Pokud se tak nestane, ubytovaný s ubytovatelem sepíší zápis o vyrovnání. Bez tohoto zápisu se reklamace neuznává. Reklamaci je nutno uplatnit nejpozději v den odjezdu z ubytování.
• If you cause some damage on the property, you're obliged to pay in cash immediately. You can get a receipt of payment.
• The customer is obliged not to mess up the surrounding and be quiet during the silent hours (form 10pm to 7am).
  Smoking and campfire are not allowed in the area.
  In case of breaking these rules, your stay is cancelled immediately without a demand of payback.
• The customer is aware of these rules and agree with them by paying a deposit.
